Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
The following individuals are not eligible to purchase or win:
- Current NAVMC Board Members
- NAVMC Executive Director
- Anyone directly responsible for conducting the raffle drawing
Ticket Information
- Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A ticket is considered valid only after full payment has been received.
- There is no limit to the number of tickets an eligible individual may purchase.
- Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible, as they represent the purchase of a raffle ticket.
Winner Notification
The winning ticket will be drawn publicly during Crocktoberfest.
If the winner is not present, NAVMC will contact them using the information provided at the time of purchase.
Use of Proceeds
Proceeds from the Golden Ticket Raffle support the humanitarian programs of the Northern Arizona Volunteer Medical Corp, including volunteer medical missions in Bolivia and educational support for children at the Renmen Children’s Home in Haiti.
Additional Information
NAVMC reserves the right to cancel the raffle if circumstances beyond its control prevent the drawing from taking place. In the event of cancellation, all ticket purchases will be fully refunded.
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.
